About
A law office in Konyaaltı, Antalya, concentrated on property and debt disputes.
The office practises independently, registered with the Antalya Bar. Five areas take priority when files are accepted: condominium and estate management, dissolution of co-ownership, criminal defence, debt enforcement and collection, and title deed litigation. They look separate but meet in the same place — an unpaid service charge ends up as an enforcement file, and an inherited plot is usually both a co-ownership case and a title deed case.
Work outside those five is taken on as well: property and tenancy, employment, administrative, family and inheritance, commercial, consumer and immigration law. The distinction reflects where the caseload actually sits, not a claim of exclusive expertise.
Two things are fixed about how the office works: the fee is agreed in writing at the outset, and every material development in the file is passed on to the client. How a case will end can never be promised at the start; how it will be run can.
The tools on this site come from the same thought. Statutes speak in fractions and day counts; a client speaks in one building and one served envelope. The quorum calculator and the deadline calendar translate between them — free, with no sign-up, in your browser.
